Spiritual Immaturity
The spiritual immaturity of God’s children is the very thing that causes all of us to fight against the very things we desire that do line up with God’s word. People will fight the very things or people God is using to help them realize the very things they have prayed for. The immaturity is a result of any person’s unwillingness to submit to God’s way completely in any area of a person’s life. That area of resistance is what is causing the pain. In essence, we want what God has for us on our own terms without going through his process that requires patience and submission to God’s way. To submit to God in that area requires a complete trust in God to bring about what you desire but on His terms and in his timing.
