Bitterness Makes A Person Become Evil
If someone is wicked and you become wicked... who wins? To overcome a wicked person we must all walk in love. That keeps wickedness from invading our minds through something called bitterness. Now you have a sound mind to hear God and move on what He says to do regarding that wicked person. For our weapons of warfare are not carnal (like the wicked person), but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. Cast Down every imagination that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing the thoughts into captivity unto the obedience of Christ ( 2 Corinthians 10:4-5).
