Don't Be Afraid To Learn
"Don't be afraid to Learn." These were words of wisdom that were poured into me today from a friend in the ministry Lee Edward Childs Jr. We have to make decisions in our lives and sometimes those decisions might not be the right decisions at times... the decision may have not worked out but it doesn't mean it was wrong (I'll explain shortly). I have learned to always ensure the motive behind my decisions are lined up with God's word. To help where I can. To help who I can. To serve where I can. Sometimes the decisions we make are with the right intent, but it's not the right timing to make that decision. This is where we have to not be afraid to learn. In other words, we can not stop making decisions in our lives...otherwise it will leave us paralyzed. God wants us to keep on moving with Him. The key here is to learn from the decision that did not turn out the way you thought it would. Then don't be afraid to correct it as All things work together for the Good of them that love the Lord... the called... according to His purpose. When we realized why we made that decision and we see where we went wrong in the process of making that decision or decisions... God will give us the HOW to move forward. When He gives us the HOW... the crushing weight of the wrongly timed decision has now been lifted from the one who made that decision. Thank you Lee Edward Childs Jr!
